Ilocos sur is a place where you can visit the past and go to the UNESCO World Heritage Site Vigan City where you can walk down through memory lane at Calle Crisologo and visit museums. While in Ilocos Norte you can visit white sand beaches, sand dunes, wind mills and lighthouse. You will never get hungry while exploring both provinces because there is so many food to try.
